Chelsea Varsaci, an accomplished associate based in our Miami office, specializes in defending insurers, corporate hospitality, and transportation clients facing personal injury claims brought by passengers and crew of commercial vessels. Ms. Varsaci has ample experience in state and federal litigation matters.
Prior to joining Foreman Friedman, P.A., Ms. Varsaci practiced at a prominent Florida corporate insurance defense firm, handling a diverse range of cases including wrongful death, premises liability, security negligence, condominium and homeowners’ association law, construction litigation, and vehicle negligence. Her versatile background also includes a clerkship at a notable local entertainment law firm, where she concentrated on matters related to music licensing, contracts, and trademark issues.
A Florida native, Ms. Varsaci earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida before pursuing her Juris Doctorate at Saint Thomas University School of Law. During her time in law school, she interned with a judge from the Florida 11th Circuit Court and actively participated in pro bono projects alongside a Florida Senator.
